as the world gears up for the FIFA World Cup 2010, all IT PINOYs will be celebrating Philippine's 112th Independence Day!

to refresh your memory, it was in june 12, 1898, when President Emilio Aguinaldo proclaimed the Filipino people's freedom. it was on this day the Philippine national flag was first hoisted alongside playing was the country's national anthem.
