seems like slowly (but surely) Philippines is catching up with "cloud computing."

Netsuite’s strategy to groom the country as its largest hub for cloud computing services worldwide by adding 300 more to it's current staff.

they have developed cloud-compliant softwares for the Dept. of Finance and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) processing their financial reports and taxes.
